Pre-School Registration
With the passing of the 2008-2009 CCS School Budget, we are well on our way to beginning a preschool program at CCS. The registration will be held from 9:00 AM - 3:15 PM on Friday, June 6, 2008. If this time is inconvenient, please contact Chandra Henderson to make other arrangements. All registration materials must be available on June 6. Please bring the following: Your Child's Birth Certificate; Your Child's Immunization Record; Income Verification (first page of income tax form with adjusted gross income); Proof of Residence (phone/electric bill with your name and address). Your child must be 4 years old by December 1, 2008. Selection for the program will be made on Tuesday, June 10th. Parents will be notified by mail o f their child's participation in the program. Every effort will be mad to assure that all eligible 4 year old children are participating in either the Chateaugay Central School Pre-K, Head Start Program, or Little School.
